Qualifications:
No additional medical clearances are required other than drug screening. HYBRID - to begin with position, worker will be 5 days per week onsite during training and then 3-4 days per week onsite afterwards. • BA in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks • Detail-oriented and ability to document activities accurately and responsibly • Dependable team player that can thrive within the group, as well as independently • Experience in export coordination preferred, but not required • SAP experience preferred, but not required • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
Responsibilities:
• Prepare all required documents for international shipments including commercial invoice, packing list, and bills of lading • Ensure compliance with U.S. and international export policies, procedures and regulations for proper classification, documentation and recordkeeping. • Provide ongoing customer support to requestors through order updates, shipment notifications, and final delivery • Manage all activities related to exporting samples, including inventory management, documentation, and transportation • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and couriers / freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of samples • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to order required material • Resolve any issues related to export process such as delays, damages, or lost shipments • Maintain detailed records of all export transactions for auditing and reporting purposes • Monitor changes in export laws and regulations and updating training documentation when necessary • Track shipments and provide updates to customers • Maintain and develop positive business relations with requestors and customers • Keep detailed records of every step of the order process from request to deliveryCompany Description
