Location: Ludlow, Ma 01056

Type: Full Time 8:30am-5:00pm

What You'll Do:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles

Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients

Manage the full recruitment life cycle

Maintain accurate and updated candidate records

Collaborate with account managers and hiring teams to meet staffing goals

What We're Looking For:

Previous recruiting or staffing experience (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and high attention to detail
