EXPERIENCED Apartment Leasing Consultant

*** Must have a flexible schedule to include weekends when needed ***

We are seeking experienced apartment leasing consultants - with excellent people skills, sales experience, high energy, positive attitude, and an excellent work ethics.

Job Responsibilities of an Apartment Leasing Consultant:

Respond to internet leads, answer future resident calls, schedule appointments, and conduct property tours.

Collect application fees, deposits, and rent fees

Prepare and submit application materials for approval.

Follow up with future residents after viewing apartments or submitting applications.

Input service requests.

Prepare move-in / move-out notices, inspections or procedures.

Apartment Leasing Consultant Requirements:

Minimum 6 months apartment leasing experience required

Excellent communication and time management skills

Great attitude, flexibility, and professional presentation

Exercise good judgment and discretion in dealing with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
