Job Summary:
Provides front office and general administrative support for the plant and administration buildings. Manages reception, office supplies, shipping/receiving tasks, and supports business operations and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor security gate; greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors professionally.
-Perform front desk duties including routing calls and managing visitor logs and badges.
-Ensure all visitor and contractor procedures are followed and escorted as required.
-Process raw material deliveries: enter data into SAP, manage paperwork, and distribute COAs.
-Maintain office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies for all plant buildings.
-Ensure conference rooms are meeting-ready and manage mailing/shipping needs.
-Distribute inter-office mail and maintain mailboxes.
-Scan and file shipping/receiving documents; order and manage shipping supplies.
-Maintain copier machine (paper, toner, and service calls).
-Provide admin support to Site Manager and Operations Management.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED Required.
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office.
