Hotel Front Desk and Front Office Manager
The Hotel Front Desk and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front desk and guest services operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. They manage the front desk staff, handle guest inquiries and concerns, manage room reservations, and collaborate with various departments to maintain efficient hotel operations.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate Hotel Front Desk and Front of House to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise staff members across various departments
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to maintain a high-performing team
- Monitor budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability goals
