Installation Manager

We are growing and need to add the right person to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple installation crews and project management. Bilingual skills are valuable as important details are communicated to our installers and customers to provide the best possible installation experience. Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee installation crews and independent sub-contractors

Visit project sites to audit progress and installation quality

Monitor use of materials and labor costs

Work with clients to resolve installation concerns

Ensure installations are completed on time and to standards

Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED certificate

Experience in home improvement, construction, remodeling, flooring installation, or counter top installation (2+ years)

Basic math skills

Customer service skills

Communication skills

Leadership skills

Valid driver's license
