The search is on for a top quality, Restaurant Assistant Manager talent for our upcoming Terrell, Texas location.

If you are a seasoned restaurant manager from a “high volume" "Casual Dining" restaurant manager background and you looking for a career move to a very fast-paced, growth-oriented restaurant concept, then we need to speak to you! Ideal Qualifications include:

2-3 or more year’s tenure as a salaried casual dining Restaurant Manager

Must understands food cost, labor cost control in a high-volume restaurant operation

Solid leadership as a restaurant manager / kitchen manager

Must lead with professionalism and commit to team development

Must enjoy being active in the local community!

Must be able to pass background/drug screen

Responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, front of the house and kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production.

Manage restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Monitor kitchen inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.

Maintain food safety standards and regulations.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to optimize customer service and satisfaction.

Lead the team to drive sales through guest service and promotional strategies.
