Established auto shop seeking part-time (for now possibly full-time in the very near future) mechanic & Smog Tech.

Smog Tech Position:

Individuals seeking the smog technician position needs to have an FPR > 0.4 or no score. We are a STAR Station. Willing to train if no score. Person who is seeking this position should be willing to learn how to service write, willing to help out with oil changes and other light duties around the shop. Great opportunity for those who just got of technical school and has the hunger to learn in an auto shop environment.

trade school credentialed or be able to produce ASE credentials. Pay scale will depend on experience. This will be a position that is part-time at first that potentially could go to full-time.

Kevin is an ASE Certified Master Technician with over 35 years of experience. While Kevin is well versed in general auto repair, his specialized skills are in Heavy Equipment, Onboard Diagnostics, and Electrical & Smog Repairs. Kevin has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Sequoia Institute - Fremont focused on Applies Automotive Mechanics Science. Kevin's work experience includes hot rod fabrication, FedEx Fleet Lead Mechanic, Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealer Master Mechanic, and Fleet Operations Lead for AAA tow trucks.
