Fabrication Shop Helper

Job Description

We’re looking for a Fabrication Shop Helper to support our team of skilled welders in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is mechanically inclined, and wants to learn and grow in the fabrication trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist welders and fabricators with daily tasks

Operate hand tools and power tools (grinders, wire wheels, drills, bandsaw, etc.)

Cutting material

Prepare materials and clean parts

Help move and position metal components

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety guidelines and shop procedures

Qualifications:

Experience with tools is required

Must be dependable and willing to learn

Ability to lift and move heavy materials

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Safety-minded and team-oriented
