As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help homeowners, builders, and designers bring their countertop projects to life.

Daily Duties

Working with inbound leads interested in kitchen countertops—no cold calling required

Making phone calls and scheduling appointments with customers to discuss their project needs

Meeting with clients in our showroom to showcase our slabs and sink options

Guiding customers through the selection process, answering questions about stone types, colors, finishes, and pricing

Building accurate, customized quotes for each kitchen countertop project

Providing in-home estimates to ensure precise measurements and seamless installation

Following up daily with customers to nurture relationships and move projects forward

Delivering genuine, attentive service from the first meeting through installation and beyond

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build trust and guide customers through important purchase decisions

- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive

- Valid driver’s license (required)

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (base + commission + monthly bonus)

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday

Occasional weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
