Who We Are

At SunTrust Remodeling, we help homeowners fall in love with their homes again through quality exterior upgrades—roofing, solar, energy-efficient windows, painting, and more. We’re rapidly expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our Field Marketing Team as Lead Generators.

This is not sales—you’re the first impression, starting conversations and identifying homeowners interested in a free estimate. From there, our sales pros take over.

What You’ll Be Doing

Represent our brand in local neighborhoods with professionalism and confidence

Engage homeowners in short conversations about our home improvement services

Collect basic contact information from interested homeowners

Schedule appointments for our project consultants

Track interactions and report performance daily

Requirements

Must be 18 or older

Excellent communication and listening skills

Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking to new people

Reliable transportation and phone

Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods

Punctual and dependable

Pay: $40,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year

Monday - Saturday
