Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman / Engineer to join our creative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, 3D renderings, and engineered plans for temporary and permanent structures creating themed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed CAD drawings and construction documents from concept to completion

• Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to turn ideas into executable plans

• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and ADA guidelines

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and city permitting departments as needed

• Assist in structural load analysis and provide basic engineering support for temporary builds

• Revise existing drawings as changes arise throughout the build and installation process

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software

• Solid understanding of building construction methods and materials

• Strong knowledge of structural and mechanical systems is a plus

• Experience in event structures, themed environments, or modular construction is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills

• Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
