Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm

Job Setting: 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient

Types of Cases: General urology, Cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, OR cases for BPH, kidney stones

Credentialing: 90 days; no emergency privileges Minimum Requirements

Board Certification: Board Certified Urology

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
