The Service Engineering team is responsible for field investigations and problem solving.
One aspect of an investigation is identifying failure mode and recording the information.
This information is critical to build business cases for design changes.
The responsibility of this position would be to collect and document the given information for an investigation Desired Skills -Microsoft Office software suite experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.) -Communication Skills -Ability to work with a team -Critical thinking and problem-solving skills -Hands on mechanical experience a plus (Mechanic, tradesman, construction, etc.) -Dealership operation experience a plus
