The guidance counselor will provide post-secondary and career planning for students and families including financial aid nights, college fair trips, college access and career planning activities.
They will also provide social, emotional, and mental health support for students grades 9-12 and will coordinate with outside providers and agencies.
The guidance counselor is responsible for 504 plans, administering the PSAT, AP, and digital SAT School Day testing.
In addition, they will create student schedules and manage flexible pathways, dual enrollment and early college.
