MLee Healthcare is seeking an experienced or new grad Home Health Occupational Therapist for a Full-time role with one of our favorite clients headquartered near Ontario, Ohio!

Home Health OT Pay Scale (can choose hourly or salaried):

$40.00 - $55.00 hourly

OR

$83,200 - $114,400 annually

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30 PM

Home Health Occupational Therapist Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current license to practice Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio

Current CPR certificate
