Position Responsibilities
Ensure plant and equipment are maintained and operated in accordance with the required standards
Participate in the plant quality improvement program
Consult Engineers to troubleshoot production issues and customer quality problems related to our products
Create drawings and documents for future reference and maintain maintenance project records
Manage preventative maintenance program, according to ISO standards, and maintain and analyze KPI metrics
Able to calibrate and repair complex semiconductor equipment independently
Troubleshoot and maintain advanced electrical control systems and PLC/DCS systems in a semiconductor production environment independently
Capable of wiring, networking and operating computer programs within an industrial/manufacturing environment with minimal guidance
Responsible for coordinating the implementation of engineering changes and assisting various departments with the implementation of new tools and processes and required training.
Make suggestions to management for improving this position or improving work processes.
Work safely by observing safety rules, policies and procedures. Identify unsafe conditions or actions to management.
Other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in Supporting Control Systems in Mfg. Environment (including pumps, agitators, valves, and vessels)
Basic experience with PLC programing (Allen-Bradly platforms, including ControlLogix, SLC 500, and Compact Logix)
Basic knowledge of various HMI/SCADA applications (GE iFIX, FactoryTalk View ME, and Ignition) and data historian platforms (GE Proficy Historian preferred)
Basic knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or other reporting platforms
Basic Machine communications via Ethernet/IP and LANS Education Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Electrical, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering preferred Key Competencies (on a regular basis for your job responsibilities)

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and may require additional hours and weekends Physical Demands
Sit approximately 60-70% of the day in front of a computer monitor.
Visit different areas of the manufacturing facility (e.g., functional/analytical lab, packaging area, formulation area) to coordinate experiments, inspect production irregularities, or verify implementation of proper procedure.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
(Salary Range - $95,000yr to $119,000/yr)
