Position Summary:
The Manager, FP&A, OPEX oversees and supports operating expenses (OPEX), and intercompany (IC) charge management. This role will be pivotal in supporting cost efficiency and ensuring financial accuracy across all operating functions.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
OPEX Planning:
Support the annual and quarterly operating expense (OPEX) budget and forecast.
Monitor and analyze actual expenses against budgeted figures, identifying key trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and to align spending with strategic goals.
Develop new tools and processes to support financial planning and reporting OPEX Monthly Reporting:
Help prepare monthly reports on OPEX performance for senior management.
Analyze variances from forecasted and budgeted amounts, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Analyze and manage OPEX expenses in relation to back-office functions incl. HR, Finance, IT and Shared service centers.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting, enhancing transparency and accountability within financial operations.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis including scenario planning and investment analysis that aid in decision-making across the enterprise

Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles, preferably within a corporate or multi-entity environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Experience in OPEX, with a basic understanding of intercompany charge mechanisms.
Advanced skills in Excel and experience with ERP/financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex financial information clearly.
