Key Responsibilities

Assist the Foreman or Supervisor in daily electrical tasks

Install various types of raceways (EMT, Rigid, PVC, etc.), ranging from ' to 4'

Bend conduit using tools such as hand benders, electric benders, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes

Install and connect conductors (feeders, branch circuits, and controls)

Work with electrical equipment, including:

MDP, MCC, HV/LV Panelboards

Starters, VFDs, Soft Starts, PLCs

Follow NEC standards and safety regulations to ensure compliance

Collaborate with the team to complete projects safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized job site Qualifications & Skills

Minimum two years of electrical work experience (industrial or commercial preferred)

Basic understanding of PLCs, Controls, VFDs, and Soft Starts

Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings

Experience using power tools (drills, saws, wrenches, sockets, etc.)

Ability to stand, walk, climb, squat, kneel, and bend for extended periods

Comfortable working at elevated heights and using safety harnesses

Must be able to wear PPE (Safety Glasses, Hard Hat, Safety Shoes, Gloves, Respirators, etc.)

High School Diploma or GED required

Valid Driver's License required (must have a clean driving record)

Must be comfortable using a computer for basic correspondence (emails, reports, etc.)

Willingness to travel up to 25 percent for projects (per diem provided)

Ability to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri before starting

Location: In-Person - Fulton, MO (must be able to commute or relocate before starting)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (May vary based on projects)
