Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Compensation: $25/hour + monthly bonus

Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Shifts range from 7:00am-10:00pm, Rotating 8hr shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

Development of the team and quality control resulting in conversion success.

Reviewing emails, chats, and texts to ensure world class customer service

Being available and open for questions and coach-able moments for the Call Center staff

Attending daily and weekly team meetings

Communicating regularly with field managers regarding potential and existing client scheduling

Superior knowledge of the Client Coordinator role

Comfortable with coaching, mentoring and training

Extremely strong organizational skills

Display excellent computer skills

Strong attention to detail

Display the ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy & attention to detail

Display exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Display the ability to take initiative & work independently

Have a highly polished demeanor and strong team mentality

Display ability to effectively coach & develop other team members

Display leadership qualities amongst team members
