Job Title: Payroll and Billing Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll and Billing Coordinator to manage day-to-day payroll processing and client billing functions. This role ensures that employees are paid accurately and on time, and that client invoicing is handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will be organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working with data and systems to support the financial health of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize QuickBooks to manage and automate relevant financial tasks
Process monthly accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile company accounts accurately and on time
Set up and maintain new financial accounts
Must have experience with payroll processing
Assist with preparation and submission of tax payments and returns
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Must be capable of generating financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) schedules
Ability to quickly adapt to new financial software and systems Qualifications:
Prior experience in payroll processing and/or billing functions
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Comfort with administrative software, payroll platforms, and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
Excellent communication skills for client and internal interactions
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a professional environment
Knowledge of payroll regulations and billing practices a plus (training available)
