HRIS Coordinator needed for full-time 3+ month contract position in Concord, NH offering $20-26/hr. DOE. HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for data entry, auditing and customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2+yrs experience in Data Entry or Human Resources, strong technical aptitude and excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Requirements:
Requires 2+ years of Data Entry or HR experience. Workday experience a plus.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgement.
Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments.
Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
Experience creating and running complex queries and reports from HRMS/HRIS systems.
Familiarity with HR processes including end-to-end processes for recruiting, onboarding, compensation, employee benefits, training and development, and payroll.
