SUMMARY

The Manager, Human Capital Workforce Technology will be an integral role within Welltower’s Human Capital team. This role is accountable for the optimization of our workforce technology to support our rapidly scaling company. The successful candidate will use an innovative approach to ensure our HRIS, other HC technology and HC data drive business results, and support our culture. Reporting to the AVP, Total Rewards, this individual works closely and directly with all workforce related systems, data and reporting and driving innovative solutions to address the needs of our growing business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with AVP, Total Rewards and Head of Human Capital to oversee the day-to-day operations, compliance, reporting and functionality of all current and future HC systems to include: UKG, UTM, Workvivo, Payfactors, Perceptyx. Serve as the HC lead on shared ownership with other departments: Anaplan, JIRA, Concur and Fidelity.

Stay current on system optimization and lead all system upgrades and integrations.

Partner with HC function leaders to automate key HR processes to increase efficiency. (ie Onboarding, recruiting, etc)

Responsible for creating key HC metrics, run reports, analyze data, identify trends and opportunities. In addition, track all HC KPIs to measure the success of HR initiatives.

Partner with other departments (IT, Accounting and Finance Teams) to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Ensure all systems are administered in compliance with regulations. This includes oversight of all compliance filings, reports, and audits related to the administration of data either directly or through vendor/partners.

Provide predictive analytics to forecast HC needs – to aid our HC function leaders to develop proactive strategies with talent acquisition, development and total rewards.

Continuously evaluate the cost and effectiveness of our systems to verify they are aligned with our business and talent strategies. Monitor market trends and make recommendations for changes, as appropriate.

Serve as the point person for all HC systems and provide training and support to not only the HC team but the entire organization.

Serve as an advisor to the Human Capital Team to advise on trends impacting the organization and provide actionable insights to support key HC decisions.

TRAVEL

Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Substantive demonstrated technical expertise in Human Capital Workforce Technology. Public company experience greatly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master's and relevant certifications strongly preferred.

Progressive experience in systems, reporting, data analytics Power BI.

Experience with vendor selection, RFPs, and implementations.

Expert Excel modeling skills.

Demonstrates an inclusive leadership style with an emphasis on delivering results.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills across all levels, with an ability to persuade and influence.

Curious, growth-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving results.

Strong business and financial acumen. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
