Our client is looking for an innovative and strategic Vice President of Engineering to lead their technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working at major tech firms like Google, META, or in the AI sector. While credit card payment processing experience is a plus, they seek a forward-thinking leader who can work with external development teams and implement scalable solutions for our growing company.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to develop and implement software, applications, and company-wide technology processes.
Collaborate with the President & CEO to carry out their vision and project directives.
Oversee project scopes, break them down into actionable steps, and ensure timely execution.
Work with external development teams to optimize company infrastructure.
Research potential partnerships and present findings to leadership.
Prepare reports and data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions.
Foster an environment of innovation, problem-solving, and technical excellence.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
Experience in credit card payment processing is highly preferred.
Background in working with major tech firms (Google, META, AI, Automation) is a plus.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to implement processes and drive efficiency.
Creative thinker and self-starter with the ability to lead and scale technical teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to executives.
