As a Sr. Agile Master, you will oversee Agile processes, support feature teams, manage IT projects, ensure system efficiency, and facilitate stakeholder communication to drive continuous improvement and effective IT solution development. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, OR
Equivalent 4+ years of professional experience in IT application development and support
3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including adherence to required Agile frameworks and best practices
3+ years of experience in IT application lifecycle management, including planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documentation, and training
3+ years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects
3+ years of experience in customer service-focused, team-oriented environments
3+ years of experience with IT governance and system development life cycles General Requirements
PMO certification preferred
Basic understanding of business operations, preferably related to assigned responsibilities
Foundational knowledge of databases, operating systems, and IT infrastructure Essential Functions
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, including organizing, moderating, and following up on Agile events (e.g., Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach and support feature teams in Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and effective working methods
Identify and resolve impediments, managing an impediment backlog when necessary
Support product owners in backlog distribution, ensuring risk mitigation and knowledge transfer
Monitor team performance with relevant metrics and drive continuous improvement
Identify inefficiencies (e.g., local optimization) and implement process improvements
Protect feature teams from unauthorized sprint interruptions
Facilitate communication between product owners and feature teams
Provide project management support, ensuring compliance with company standards throughout all project phases
Oversee project elements, including timelines, costs, quality, and risk management
Ensure adherence to Agile IT project management guidelines
Maintain IT project documentation in compliance with company standards
Keep Jira and Confluence sites updated with status reports, defect tracking, and open issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead IT solution development, from planning and analysis to design, testing, and implementation
Support complex system environments, providing assistance and user training as needed
Manage small to medium-sized projects, overseeing planning, development, and implementation
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution
Leverage Agile ITPM methodology across all responsibilities
Engage with decision-makers and end users to define business requirements and address system issues
Ensure system compatibility and interoperability within the organization
Evaluate and optimize existing systems, identifying areas for improvement
Develop technical documentation, including system models, specifications, and process diagrams
Conduct in-depth testing, including end-user reviews for modified and new systems
Research software solutions to support purchasing decisions and system enhancements
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor
