Directs the performance of the staff through effective coaching, cross-training and performance appraisals to achieve established goals and service levels.
Creates a sales performance climate, formulates sales goals within the branches, and directs the performance of the employees within the branches to achieve established sales goals..
Provides coaching and training for Assistant Managers in creating and supporting a sustainable sales performance climate within their branches.
Manages timely and accurate sales and referral tracking for established product goals and periodic sales contests.
Oversees the daily operation of the branch to ensure an effective and efficient workflow delivering exceptional service to members. Manages branch cash levels effectively to ensure availability of funds while minimizing expense and risk.
Develops and analyzes reports in order to monitor performance, efficiency, and service levels against goals. Delivers required reporting to the Director of Retail Services in a timely manner. Branch Manager Qualifications
High School Diploma required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
2+ years’ experience as an SCCU Lead Member Service Specialist, Assistant Branch Manager, or equivalent leadership experience required. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered. Branch Manager Hours
Must be available Monday-Friday 7:45am-6:15pm. Saturdays, alternating on Rotation 8:45am - 1:15pm.
