Terminal Operator - Night Shift

Silica Services LLC is Hiring a Night Shift Terminal Operator

Hiring Location: Durango, CO 4 days on, 4 days off

Terminal Operator Job Summary:

The Terminal Operator is responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks, as well as managing and operating all equipment within the transload facility. This includes, but is not limited to, conveyors, front-end loaders, skid steers, and other site-specific machinery. Reporting directly to the Director of Terminal Operations, the Terminal Operator plays a key role in supporting daily terminal functions, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and overall operational efficiency.

Terminal Operator Compensation and Benefits

Make $18 - $20 an hour!

Terminal Operator Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off (12 hour overnight shift)

Terminal Operator Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a general labor, construction or similar role

Experience with conveyors, silos, or transloading operations

Familiarity with equipment maintenance

Basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools
