Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems effectively and efficiently.

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are up to code and functioning optimally.

Respond to service calls and provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.

Install new HVAC systems, including planning and coordination to ensure a seamless process.

Guide and train less experienced technicians, fostering a team environment that encourages growth and development.

Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes during installations and repairs.

Maintain detailed records of serviced installations and repairs for warranty and service histories.

Participate actively in team meetings, providing insights and feedback to improve service delivery.

Demonstrate a commitment to the ongoing learning and adoption of new technologies and methods within the HVAC industry.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC technician.

Must possess a valid EPA Certification.

Provision of personal tools for HVAC system repair and maintenance.

Maintain a clean driving record and have access to reliable transportation.

Ability to pass rigorous drug screening procedures as part of the pre-employment checks.

Willingness to go the extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Capability to train and lead lesser-experienced HVAC technicians, enhancing team skills and cohesion.

Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
