Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead our AM shift team.

We are seeking a candidate with supervisory experience who is comfortable having difficult conversations with team members. While experience in Sterile Processing is not required, it is considered a valuable asset.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the sterile processing department during the AM shift.

Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sterile processing technicians.

Collaborate with clinical and surgical staff to maintain high-quality service.

Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance to support department needs.

What Is Available:

1.0 FTE

Monday – Friday, Day Shift 6:30a-3:00p and be available for questions from staff off hours

No weekends or holidays

Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin

Starting salary $48,700 + more for experience

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma or Equivalency

3-5 years of Supervisor experience preferred

Either Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Tech (CSPDT) within 6 months of hire
