_Pay Rate: $43/hr W2 - All Inclusive_

_Schedule: Monday-Friday (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week) + One Saturday/Month_

Schedule Options:

4x10 hr shifts (e.g., 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)

OR

2x12 hr shifts + 2x8 hr shifts (e.g., 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. + 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., or other daytime options)

Must be available one Saturday per month

Must be able to work both in-center and on mobile drives (bus)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Apheresis Technician to join our Blood Donor Services team in Boston. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for performing blood product collections, including whole blood and apheresis platelet donations, both in-center and on mobile blood drives within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform safe and efficient blood and apheresis collections.

Engage donors in a professional, caring manner to ensure comfort and safety.

Operate in both a fixed site and mobile blood drive setting (including weekly bus drives).

Follow strict regulatory and safety protocols.

Work as part of a supportive and mission-driven team.

Qualifications:

IV insertion skills - _Required_

BLS Certification - _Required_

ASCP Certification - _Required_

Experience in phlebotomy, donor services, or transfusion medicine preferred.

Ability to work flexible shifts and occasional Saturdays.
