Catering Cook

Cook Requirements Cook shifts are available throughout New York/New Jersey/Connecticut.

• The ideal candidate has held similar positions in catering/restaurants for at least 2 years.

• Candidates must have excellent cutting skills, held similar positions in country clubs, catering companies, private clients, in both prep and event execution for high-end catered events, i.e.

weddings, corporate cocktail receptions, etc.

Some knowledge of principles and quantity cooking and experience in quantity cooking of vegetables, meat, fish and poultry, baked goods, etc., utilizing standardized metric recipes.

- Other positions in the kitchen might be considered for cooks with less experience.

Prep cook, line cook, etc.

ServSafe, Food handle certification is is a big plus
