Position Overview

Employment Type: Full-time Pediatric Critical Care Specialist

Practice Setting:

PICU: 7-bed unit caring for critically ill medical, surgical, and trauma pediatric patients

Pediatric Floor: 18-bed mixed medical and surgical unit

Team Structure: Work alongside physician assistants, residents, and students

Coverage: In-house during the day; on-call overnight

Schedule: Full-time coverage with -hour shifts per month

Neonatal Care: 44-bed Level III NICU, delivering 5,000 infants annually
