In House Lawyer (Consultancy and or Full Time)

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lawyer with strong expertise in Philippine cooperate law, civil law, criminal law, labor law, local regulation and PEZA rules.

The ideal candidate will support the company in ensuring all regulatory requirements are met during construction and operations, and will serve as the key legal advisor for the company’s Philippine operations.

Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on matters related to civil law and criminal law, other relevant local requirements Phividec Industrial Estates and PEZA regulation.

Ensure compliance with all government permits, licenses, and legal obligations.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Liaise with Phividec Industrial Authority, PEZA, Local government, and other regulatory agencies.

Provide legal support for labor, employment, and tax matters.

Represent the company in any legal proceedings, if necessary.

Qualifications: Licensed lawyer in the Philippines with good standing.

Minimum 3 – 5 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate or industrial sectors.

Strong understanding of cooperate law, civil law, criminal law, labor law, local regulation and PEZA rules.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with multinational companies or within industrial zones is an advantage.
