Plating Production Operator

Set up and operate plating tanks and related equipment according to production specifications.

Prepare parts for plating.

Loading of parts and monitor process timing, voltage, current, and temperature.

Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.

Record process data and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues.

Handle chemicals safely and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the plating area.

Assist with bath maintenance including solution analysis and chemical replenishments.

Perform minor equipment maintenance or assist maintenance personnel when needed.

Qualifications: At least High school graduate.

Prior experience in plating or related process.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.

Basic math and mechanical skills.

Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing appropriate PPE.

Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg, stand for extended periods, manual operation and perform repetitive tasks.
