Job Title: Line Mechanic

Job Description

The Line Mechanic is responsible for providing assistance to aerosol manufacturing production lines and performing maintenance on machines and equipment. The role requires compliance with established job safety practices, policies, and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of work assignments. Understanding of cGMP compliance is crucial as it impacts production requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to aerosol manufacturing production lines.

Perform maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment.

Ensure compliance with job safety practices, policies, and procedures.

Understand and implement cGMP compliance in production requirements.

Conduct repair and preventative maintenance of filling equipment.

Focus on filling, crimping, aerosolizing, capping, and packaging of aerosol products.

Ensure product changeovers are completed according to SOP and work order requirements.Essential Skills

Proficiency in pneumatics and hydraulics.

Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.

Experience as a maintenance technician.

Repair and troubleshooting skills.

Preventive maintenance expertise.

Mechanical skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Entry-level candidates are welcome.

Technical school experience is acceptable.

Experience in maintenance technician roles.
