Job Description

Oversee warehouse workers and warehouse techs on 1st or mid shift, managing 20-30 warehouse associates, inventory clerks, shipping personnel, drivers, and material handlers. Operate stand-up forklifts and utilize ERP systems to assist as needed.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of 20-30 warehouse associates, including inventory clerks, shipping personnel, drivers, and material handlers.

Operate stand-up forklifts efficiently and safely.

Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory and assist in warehouse operations.

Ensure adherence to GMP standards, including the use of hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed boots.

Coordinate warehouse operations to align with production schedules.

Support high-speed manufacturing and shipping processes.

Implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in warehouse supervision.

Proficient in warehouse management and operation.

Experience with production supervision and management.

Ability to operate stand-up forklifts.

Familiarity with ERP systems.

Knowledge of GMP standards and lean manufacturing practices.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in high-speed manufacturing and shipping.

Ability to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays.

Work Environment

1st shift hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional overtime on Saturdays. The mid shift covers half of the 1st and 2nd shifts. Work in a climate-controlled environment, adhering to GMP standards with required attire including hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed boots.

This is a Permanent position based out of Muskego, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
