Pay range - $20.00 to $24.00 per hr. (weekly pay)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges, and adjustments; as well as providing customers with product, pricing, and shipping information. Specific duties include:
Responding to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Maintain system information including product pricing and availability.
Enter customer orders, suggesting the purchase of additional products and providing technical assistance to customers when needed.
Contact truck run customers for orders and ensure that orders are placed on a timely basis.
Make same-day follow-up calls to customers regarding back orders and delivery dates.
Actively participate in company-defined sales initiatives to solicit potential customers, and existing customers whose sales have declined.
Research customer service complaints and answer customer questions; consult with management for directions to resolve complaints.
Research all customer warranty and/or return requests, completing the appropriate forms and documentation pertinent to the problem.
Track shipments as necessary.

A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least one year of customer service experience is required.
Proficiency in computer and phone skills is essential.
Strong customer service skills are preferred.
Previous sales experience is advantageous.
Bilingual proficiency is required.
Motivation and capability to acquire product knowledge, enabling the specification and recommendation of suitable products to our customers.
