Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

400 bed hospital in the Columbus area--part of Ohio's premier health system.

This pharmacy department is unique in the that all pharmacists rotate between performs staffing and clinical duties.

Position: Pharmacist

Location: Dublin, OH

Software: EPIC

Duties:

Audited sterile and non-sterile pounding procedures and designed enhanced safety protocols for approval.

Investigated monthly adverse drug event reports to triage department errors.

Prepared and presented formulary proposals for Pharmacy and Therapeutics mittee.

Participated in rounds with physicians and assisted with order preparation and patient follow up.

Schedule: Variable days/afternoons (8 hour shifts)

Requirements: OH licensed pharmacist

Education: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. Residency is a plus!

pensation: starts at $70.00/hr.
