A bit about us:

Join a fast-growing OEM redefining how America powers buildings—step into a hybrid engineering role working hands-on with cutting-edge CHP systems. A trusted OEM and developer of advanced Combined Heat & Power (CHP) systems. With over 15 years of innovation in distributed generation, we design and build high-performance CHP, Microgrid, and BESS solutions using top-tier engines (MAN, MTU, Doosan).

Why join us?

We're helping redefine how energy is delivered, captured, and optimized. As a nimble OEM and project developer, we offer the rare opportunity to see designs move from concept to commissioning in the field. You’ll work on high-performance CHP systems using world-class engine platforms and contribute to real-world solutions in microgrids, distributed generation, and energy resilience.

Here, you’ll join a team that values technical excellence, creative problem-solving, and hands-on impact—all within a hybrid work environment that supports flexibility and ownership. We’re big enough to take on serious energy challenges, but lean enough for your ideas to shape the future.
