Apartment Maintenance Technician – $24–$28/hr

Career Strategies is now hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for full-time opportunities across the Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area! If you have experience in apartment or property maintenance and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $24–$28/hour (Based on experience and skill level)

Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday Occasional on-call/weekends (depending on property)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential apartment buildings

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

Turn units for new move-ins (painting, cleaning, repairs)

Maintain cleanliness and safety of buildings and grounds

Qualifications:

1+ year of property maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and appliance repair

HVAC certification is a plus but not required

Ability to work independently and with a team

Strong communication and customer service skills
