Job Description

RiverReach Construction is an environmental excavation company looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team.

We are a specialty contractor that focuses on river & wetland restoration, dam removal and bank stabilization projects. If you are looking for interesting, challenging work, and something different every day, come join our team!

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Ability to operate the following heavy equipment (2 yrs experience minimum):

Excavator

Dozer

Front End Loader

CDL is desired but not a requirement

Valid driver’s license and work history required.

Ability to perform physical requirements of the job and work in weather conditions and elements. Ability to work overtime with limited travel. Must be dependable, self-starter, and have excellent communication skills.

PAY SCALE

· RiverReach is a non-union employer with ALL FRINGES BEING PAID TO EMPLOYEES with weekly pay! You will receive FULL prevailing wages!

· Wages often increase yearly in the spring

· Our crews typically utilize a 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)

Current Hourly Ranges Estimate: $62.74 - 64.23

Current Overtime Hourly Ranges Estimate: $85.66 - 87.90
