Requirements:

Must have 12 Months of Flatbed Experience – Proven ability to handle loads safely and efficiently.

Willing to Stay Out 2–3 Weeks at a Time – Embrace the road and enjoy the journey.

Ability to Tarp Loads – Secure cargo when necessary, ensuring safety and compliance.

Strong Work Ethic & Reliability – We value commitment and professionalism.

Your Pay is based upon how hard you're willing to work and how many miles you can put out through the week.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and drive a flatbed truck to transport freight across long-haul routes (typically 2–3 weeks at a time).

Properly secure loads using chains, binders, straps, tarps, and other safety equipment.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods in accordance with DOT regulations and company standards.

Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of driving hours, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery details using electronic logging devices (ELDs).

Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding load status and delivery updates.

Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

Handle paperwork and documents related to shipments, such as BOLs and load manifests.
