Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:
Mobilize and organize large and complex projects immediately with little to no direction.
Ensure ongoing project success using the Triple Constraint method to proactively address changes to scope, cost, and time.
Regularly evaluate project metrics leveraging Project Management Institute (PMI) schedule and financial reporting methods.
Conduct impact analysis to manage change using standard Change Management techniques.
Construct and manage communication plans and stakeholder analysis to proactively manage expectations.
Develop and manage risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
Communicate complex project scenarios with transparency and confidence to key stakeholders and executives.
Mobilize, plan, and execute multiple large and complex IT projects simultaneously, ensuring all aspects—from planning to execution—are handled efficiently.
Proactively manage shifting stakeholder expectations. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity
Managing 3rd party vendors and managing multiple individuals and project aspects running concurrently
Construct project schedules using critical path techniques that incorporate dependency, resource, and work breakdown structures in alignment with PMI standards.
Develop and implement training plans, testing approaches, go-live planning, and post-go-live strategies.
Ensure all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with business
Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven track record of managing complex IT projects including project health & financials.
Over 8 years of experience managing projects and/or programs.
PMP certification – strongly preferred
Ability to build high-performing project teams across geographical regions, fostering inclusivity, trust, and innovation.
Strong leadership skills to manage multiple teams globally and work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
A bachelor's degree or advanced degree in an IT-related field.
Strong business acumen.
Experience with Waterfall or hybrid delivery frameworks (Agile-only experience is not directly applicable).
Hands-on experience with user adaptability strategies and change management.
Proficiency with MS Project and other project management tools.
Past IT Cyber Security project experience.
Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and solutions to understand the specific needs of the project.
Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity project plans and strategies.
Ability to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
Experience in collaborating with the team responsible for monitoring and securing the organization’s IT systems.
Coordination with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of security measures and recommendation of improvements
