Job Description
We are looking for the right candidate to assist with planning, developing, implementing, evaluating and directing the Quality-of-Life Department to ensure that the spiritual, emotional, recreational and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the activity programs of the facility
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the identification of the spiritual, social, recreational and emotional needs of the residents
Keep abreast of current federal and state regulations, as well as professional standards, and make recommendations on changes in policies and procedures to the Administrator.
Assist in obtaining information concerning the residents' backgrounds in order to provide better activities to meet their needs
Attend and participate in your professional association's activities and programs
Assist in arranging and providing transportation for field trips and outings for the residents
Skills
Longterm Care experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
CNA experience preferred
Expected hours: 24 per week

8 hour shifts
Day shift
Evening shift
