Job Title: Vice President of Operations

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Are you a strategic operations leader ready to drive excellence and growth across a vast restaurant portfolio?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Operations to lead our restaurant operations across 16 states, encompassing over 150 locations. This critical executive role is responsible for shaping our operational culture, elevating the guest experience, standardizing operating procedures, fostering talent development, and ultimately maximizing sales and franchisee profitability.

In this role, you will:

Lead and cultivate a high-performance culture centered on our brand values and promise.

Drive significant improvements in operating standards and guest experience to boost sales and franchisee profitability.

Achieve key financial and development targets, meeting or exceeding budget goals.

Provide strong leadership and motivation to a team of Directors and Business Consultants.

Develop and execute strategic market plans for growth, new development, and remodels.

Ensure consistent execution of training programs and uphold rigorous food safety and security standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, and Technology.

Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with franchisee partners.

Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit QSR Operations, with direct experience managing 100+ units.

Proven track record of driving operational results and profitability across a large, dispersed territory.

Experience in strategic planning and execution, capable of both high-level thinking and hands-on implementation.

Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and manage change effectively.

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

Possessed with a strong business acumen, exceptional planning abilities, and a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and make sound judgments.

Comfortable driving development growth in various market scenarios and excel at building collaborative relationships.

You will receive:

$150-200K base salary, with 10-55% bonus
