Job Description
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication under the direction of a nurse
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in the client's health status
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities
- Provide hospice care when needed
Skills:
- Experience in caregiving and assisting with activities of daily living
- Ability to cook and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions
- Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Understanding of catheter care practices
- Proficiency in working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and protocols
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations

Pay: $17.05 - $20.00 per hour
