Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily production of surface finishing of slides and barrels following the standard operating procedures (working instructions) to achieve GLOCK quality and production goals.

· Utilizes hand-tools such as files and de-burring tools to achieve set specifications.

· Performs quality inspections making visual checks to assure compliance with specifications; examines parts for surface defects and damage.

· Performs quality control using custom measuring equipment.

· Immediately reports errors in production and performance to Manufacturing Supervisor / Machine Adjuster.

· Operates manual and semiautomatic machines.

· Maintains work station by cleaning equipment and work area with appropriate materials.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Must have the ability to meet daily production goals.

· Experience with hand-tools

Ability to pay close attention to details.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to perform shift work.

The base salary range for this position is $17.72 Per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
