Dosimetry Student Intern

Under the supervision and after appropriate training by the medical dosimetrist, the contourists will import completed CT simulation scans into the treatment planning system and segment normal tissue structures. The contourists may also be requested to aid in the development of knowledge based planning models, or to review structures segmented by machine learning techniques. A background in medical terminology, cross-sectional anatomy, and familiarity with radiation oncology is preferred.
