We are a small Type B 16-bed ALF. Located on a tranquil 4.5-acres wooded lot in a peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to FM 1488, Conroe, Magnolia, and The Woodlands.
Job Description
Responsibilities
· Reports to the Manager.
· Daily interaction with residents. Assistance with personal care such as providing assistance with medication, dressing, grooming, showering, toileting, checking vital signs, and other activities for daily living (ADL). Respond to resident emergencies.
· Engaging with Residents through conversation and activities.
· Maintaining professional approach to responsibilities.
· Meal preparation and housekeeping.
· Provides a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
· Entering and checking daily logs in company software platform (training on software platform will be provided by the company).
Qualifications
· Passion for working with Seniors.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Prior Caregiver experience in related business, preferred.
· Good communication skills, proficient in written and verbal English.
· Willing to complete a background check.
· Aptitude for analytical thinking, capable of creative solutions to solve problems thoroughly and rapidly.
· Physical demands: required to stand, bend, lift and walk regularly.
· Ability to build trusting rapport with residents and their families.
· Available to work some weekends.
· Must have reliable transportation to workplace.
· Must have valid driver license.
