SBLehrer LLC is building cutting-edge tools to help pharmaceutical professionals make better, faster, data-driven decisions. Our first app enables users to analyze prescription data—unlocking insights that drive strategic planning and go-to-market strategies.
As we prepare to scale, we’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the charge in getting our solution into the hands of key decision-makers.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting pharmaceutical companies, healthcare consultancies, and data science teams.
Create compelling content (case studies, email campaigns, decks, one-pagers) to support product awareness and lead generation.
Work with the product team to shape messaging that resonates with scientific and business audiences.
Manage marketing campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM).
Define marketing needs for this data analysis tool and any future use tools
Sales & Business Development
Identify and engage with potential clients including pharma execs, analysts, and researchers.
Specific sales pitches on access to this data analytic app
Conduct demos, build relationships, and close deals.
Establish and maintain a pipeline of leads
Collaborate with leadership on pricing, sales goals, and revenue forecasts.
Customer & Market Insights
Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product development and positioning.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to adjust strategy accordingly.
Analyze market to determine best areas to target based on various data points
Develop ideas and strategies for future tools that will fill gaps in market and customer base
What We’re Looking For:
3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing of business analysis tools—bonus if it’s in life sciences, healthtech, or data platforms.
Proven success with marketing or selling complex, technical products.
Proven success with defining market and customer base for specific tool sets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, R&D workflows, or data analytics tools.
Self-starter attitude, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience marketing or selling to pharmaceutical market access, medical affairs, or commercial strategy teams.
A network within pharma or biotech sectors.
Technical chops to understand data analytics concepts or tools like SQL, Python, or similar.
